Page Mill Winery has been creating hand crafted wines since 1976. In that time they have made many changes to production methods, sources of grapes, even location. Their goal, however, has remained constant. They strive to create "Peace through wine, one glass at a time".

Page Mill, in the past, produced wines from appellations all over the state. As wine grape production matured and expanded the need to travel in search of quality fruit was diminished and today, they harvest 90% of our wine grapes from one appellation, the Livermore Valley. Although the Santa Cruz Mountains provided an ideal starting point for Page Mill Winery it became apparent in the early 2000's that a change was needed. While the family house on Page Mill Road was quaint and a good jumping off point, the winery needed to expand and create a dedicated tasting room. Page Mill Winery moved to Livermore Valley and they were winery number 24 in the valley that now boasts over 50 wineries.
