On Thursday, September 11th at 6:30 p.m., The Elder Care Team, in conjunction with the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Contra Costa County will present an informative evening of information about how to best care and provide for aged family members. In this free program, held in the Oak View Room of the Walnut Creek Library, they will discuss practical ways to help care for an aging loved one in their own home including information about the Family Care Plan, Medicare and Medi-Cal, veteran benefits, and more.
This free educational evening will be presented by Joanna Marie, founder of The Elder Care Team and Jenny Lind, owner of Senior Helpers.
