FreeWalnut Creek First Wednesdays – Cirque de Soul
Cue the circus music – it’s Cirque du Soul on Cypress at Walnut Creek Downtown’s (WCD) Walnut Creek First Wednesdays on August 5th. Families can dance to live R&B music from Del Soul and feast at food trucks from Food Truck Mafia including Grab & Go Kabob, Street Dogs, 3 Brother’s Kitchen, and Tacos de los Altos. Beer, wine, snow cones, cotton candy, and other delicious treats are also available. Balloon artists, face painters, magician, juggling unicyclist, clown, and a magician will entertain. Visitors can even shop at local retailer booths.
When: Wednesday, August 5 from 5 to 8 p.m., and every first Wednesday through June 2016.
Admission: Free!
Where: Walnut Creek First Wednesdays takes place on Cypress Street, closed for foot traffic only between N. Main Street and Locust Street.
