FreeCollegial Services, in partnership with the San Ramon Chamber of Commerce, presents “Managing and Motivating Millennials.”
Managing a blended age group in a company can seem like a challenge as each age group views the working world through their own set of values, cultures, and societal norms. Age gaps seem to be causing more tension for managers. Effectively managing these different generations is a growing concern among employers who want to create a cohesive and unified team. This workshop will teach what exactly categorizes someone as a millennial, what new shifts in attitude they bring into the workforce, and how can employers help to encourage growth and development in millennials for the benefit of their company.
