School aged kids can learn at Camp Arf

ARF’s award-winning themed camps teach kids of all ages to care for animals

If your school-aged child loves animals, there’s no better place to spend the dog days of summer than Camp ARF! ARF’s award-winning camp for Grades 1-12 offers a huge variety of exciting, educational week-long sessions beginning June 16 and running throughout the summer.

Designed for kids and teens interested in animals, Camp ARF promotes important humane education concepts and character values while strengthening the bond between kids and animals. Each summer, Camp ARF introduces more than 400 local children to pet guardianship, animal behavior, and safety through hands-on lessons, games, and activities. Elementary school-aged children can choose to focus on felines at Kitty Kamp or get to know “man’s best friend” at Pooch Pals camp. Older students build on their love of animals by pairing up with a shelter dog for Junior Dog Trainers camp, exploring animal health at Vet Camp, or expressing appreciation for furry friends at the brand new Creative Animal Art camp.

Sessions are filling up quickly – reserve your child’s spot in the fun today! Register online at www.arf.net. Discounts are available when registering with a sibling or friend, and full or partial scholarships may be available for qualifying low-income families. Contact [email protected] for details.
